Frequently Asked Questions

Via a banking system (bank deposit, paypal, ebanking) or directly to the driver (cash/EURO, debit/credit/prepaid card).

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a voucher with full instructions on where to meet your driver, if you still have problems finding him/her you can contact him/her on the telephone numbers on the booking voucher.

Waiting time at the airport is up to 1 hour from the original scheduled arrival time and 45 minutes after the flight has landed. For delays longer than this, you must contact us and we will inform you accordingly. For your convenience, we encourage you to fill in the flight number in the special field during the booking procedure!

The standard free baggage allowance per passenger is one bag with a maximum weight of 20 kg and total combined dimensions of 158 cm (height + width + length), plus one carry-on bag. For any luggage of a larger size, prior written notification to the Company is required when completing the booking form.

Our minivans have enough space to carry a wheelchair. This service is intended for passengers with reduced mobility as some mobility is required for the person to get in and out of the vehicle.

Pets are the sole responsibility of their owner and must travel in an approved crate/cage. Carriage of pets is subject to our approval. During the booking process you must inform us that you are travelling with your pet.

We recommend that you bring the child restraint system with which you are most familiar. If you do not wish to travel with your own child restraint, you can request one during the booking process. They are provided free of charge!

The possibility to change free of charge is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the service. After 24 hours, the change is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee it. All changes are made in writing to email

If you wish to cancel your booking, a refund will be made if you have informed us in writing by email to up to 24 hours before the start of your travel service. Beyond 24 hours no refunds will be made.

Smoking and the deposit of food or snacks is prohibited in all our vehicles.
